Well if you're here on my website, WELCOME! You must be on a wild ride into healing yourself.  Enjoy and don't get discouraged. It is a long journey. 

 

Healing is not easy. Healing can be scary and repetitive. Just remember healing is not linear. There are ups, downs, chaos, happiness and always blessings. Sometimes you have to re-heal parts of you more than once.  But the results and freedom are beyond magical! 

 

Just always remain intentional.   🙏

 

Now let's get into who I am. If anyone asked me how I got to where I am now, I'd happily say, many years of my own inner healing guided me through the dark tunnel we all experience at least once in our lifetime. However, I do have to give credit to people that have supported me throughout my journey. Support is huge. And I am so excited to help you on your own journey which will pull you out SO-alive you will never be able to go back to how you once lived.

Let's start where my healing journey began.  2020 is when my entire life changed however, I realized it needed to change even before that.  My weight gain in 2019 triggered me where I knew I needed to heal or I was going to be doomed forever.  So, I made steps…first and foremost I had to get out of the house and be active, that is where it all began.  In 2020, I connected with spirit through what one might call a dark night of the soul experience, and my life ever since has been a rollercoaster of amazing changes and growth. 

 

I was later introduced to tarot at a deeper level and learned a lot of skills through other spiritual mentors and leaders at the start of my awakening. I was encouraged to attend DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I viewed it as training more than therapy, which gave me more skills to regulate my emotions.  It is a therapy that teaches skills to manage intense emotions and thoughts through cognitive-behavioral techniques using mindfulness practices. That was the most important step to my healing; learning not to let my emotions control me.  Having people in your life to teach you the skills is vital. Skills are not just known; they typically, unless you're fully connected to the cosmos, have to be fully learned through brutal trial and error. I am grateful for the skills I have acquired throughout my own many years of trials and tribulations.

Towards the end of 2020 I intuitively knew I shared my healing qualities though my everyday life with people I care about. I just didn't have the confidence at that time to pursue a healing career. I also knew that I had so much more healing to endure before I could heal others.  I have now dedicated many years to my own growth, through perseverance and dedication. 

 

Then fast-forward to 2025, I knew I was meant to guide people and help them through their own journey.  So, I asked Spirit, what is it I am meant to do for the universe in this lifetime, and I saw a video of some people shooting energy from their hands around a table and I watched it shatter. It all clicked in my head.  I knew at that moment what I was meant to do. 

 

I have a healing touch with my hands and have experienced its tremendous amount of power over the years. So, then I knew, Reiki Energy Healing is my gift to you.  Along with some other gifts like tarot and oracle readings. I knew I was meant to be there for people.

I felt so connected to that path I went headfirst into classes.  I reached out to Connie the Reiki Master Teacher at Soul Star Inc and that's where my Reiki journey began.  I became certified under Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage in Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki III.

 

I wanted other perspectives and certifications, but I ultimately felt deep down I had a path to pursue further in energy medicine. I feel that I am someone who wants to mix the Eastern and Western world in medicine.  So, I am now currently attending Red Rocks Community College for my certification in Energy Medicine, Integrative Health and Health and Wellness Coaching.  When I complete those courses, I will also be a 2x Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and will be certified at the master teacher level. It is so exciting and fulfilling!  

 

This journey is wild.  I am so excited for the continuous rollercoaster ride of my life.  I want to help and guide you in the right direction which will remove any blocks that could be in your way but especially help you relax and utilize your own self-care path to healing and lifestyle change. I am here to teach you skills that will help you on this crazy ride called life.
